Mission
The role involves applying change requests, maintaining part revisions, and providing accurate and up-to-date 3D models and technical drawings for production.
Responsibilities
- Update SolidWorks models according to modification requests
- Apply revisions and ensure version number consistency
- Update technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances and BOMs
- Prepare files for production and prototyping
- Maintain file structure and organization in PDM/vault
- Respond to workshop requests for quick adjustments or corrections
- Verify model and drawing compliance before release
- Ensure traceability of modifications and change request tracking
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (parts, assemblies, configurations, drawings)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, injection, 3D printing)
- Knowledge of revision workflows and technical documentation
- Ability to manage multiple modifications in parallel
- Rigorous file organization and drawing updates
Profile Sought
- DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering technology or equivalent
- Experience in CAD file management and revisions
- Fast and structured execution
- Autonomy and accuracy in technical work
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of a PDM system
- Experience in prototyping or 3D printing
- Experience in production or manufacturing environments
About the Company
We operate a 3D printing farm of approximately 250 FDM machines (P1P, CR-M4...), used for mass production of technical TPU parts in the sports and athletic protection industry. To support our growth, and in collaboration with our design team, we are looking for a rigorous and autonomous CAD Technician / Designer – SolidWorks (Production & Revisions) to improve, manage and update production files.
