K3D APPOINTS BENOIT PINSONNEAULT AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

K3D is proud to announce the appointment of Benoit Pinsonneault as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This appointment marks an exciting new chapter in K3D (formerly KOLLIDE) as the company accelerates its growth and advances its ambition to become a global leader in advanced protection technologies enabled by additive manufacturing.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in general management, business development, commercial strategy, and business growth, Benoit built his career with nationally and internationally recognized organizations, including Red Bull, L'Oréal, and Procter & Gamble, as well as within the life sciences sector.

Benoit will lead K3D's next phase of growth by accelerating the commercialization of its technologies, building strategic partnerships with industry leaders, and strengthening the company's position in high-value markets. Already proven at the highest level of professional sports, including the NFL, K3D's technologies are paving the way for a new generation of protective solutions for sports, defense, medical, and industrial applications.

Building on K3D's recognized expertise in additive manufacturing, the company will continue developing innovative solutions that push the boundaries of design, performance, and protection. This vision is driven by close collaboration between K3D's research, engineering, operations, and business development teams to accelerate innovation and create lasting value for its customers, partners, and shareholders.
